Egerton Road Restaurant

Refurbishment of a near-derelict property in Blackpool, which features residential units on the first floor and commercial units with a food court/restaurant on the ground floor.

We were appointed to provide a full RIBA service, covering stages 0 to 7, which involved planning and overseeing the project from its inception to completion.

Throughout the process, we maintained a close collaboration with the planning department to navigate change-of-use applications, and to ensure the design harmonised with the surroundings while contributing to the much-needed regeneration of the area.

This project serves as an example of our  capability to revitalise a nearly abandoned parade of shops, transforming it into a vibrant mixed-use space.
